At D'gdi, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted pieces. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • We have a strict NO RETURN POLICY. Kindly refer to Damaged/ Defective Items Sections if items are damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour or finish are not considered defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dagdii.curations@gmail.com with photos/video of the item.
  • To prevent false damage claims, we require customer to record an uninterrupted, 360-degree unboxing video. This proves whether the item was damaged in transit or upon arrival.
  • Once the damaged/defective item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
